100 g strawberries

½ Cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/2 Cup low-fat yogurt

1 banana (100 g)

How to wash and peel the fruit. Slice the banana and strawberry slices. Mix all the ingredients and mix in blender. Serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves.
