Scrambled eggs in pancake

Ingredients:

  • Pancakes recipe
  • Egg – 4 PCs.
  • Cheese – 50 g
  • Greens
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Preparation:

On a hot griddle pour a tablespoon of oil, fry literally a minute man. Sprinkle the edges of the pancake with grated cheese and in the middle of the beat eggs. Immediately fold the edges of the pancake with a spatula, giving it a square shape. Pepper and salt to taste and cook over low heat until protein will not seize completely. Serve, sprinkled with herbs.
