Heavenly Breakfast


For the dough:

  • flour – 220 g
  • butter – 120 g
  • cheese – 30 g
  • cold water – 50 ml.

For the omelet:

  • eggs – 6 PCs.
  • spinach – 350 g
  • bacon – 6 slices
  • fat sour cream – 180 ml.
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg – a pinch


From flour and butter to make crumbs, add the finely grated cheese. Pour water and quickly knead the dough, gather into a ball, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough and spread on the molds, pressing to the walls, cover the dough of each pastry with foil and fill with beans or peas. Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Then remove the foil and bake until Golden brown.

Spinach washed, coarsely chop, add to pan and saute for 3-4 minutes in a little water. Drain, squeeze, add salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Bacon stir-fry.

Spread the spinach on the baskets, add the bacon. To break into each one egg, add 2 tablespoons of cream. Place in oven, bake for 15 minutes. To pull out from the molds and immediately submit.
