Breakfast or Snack Meal Prep: Staying prepared is an important part of making sure you accomplish goals!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup strawberries and blackberries
  • 1/3 cup flax granola
  • cinnamon

Keep the yogurt and berries refrigerated.  Do not refrigerate the granola.
